Don't take this the wrong way mate, but I'd trade it in for something newer.
I bought an old bike to get back into racing and ended up forking out loads on it. Never again.
As for plastics, best bet is probably polisport. Try online shops like ridemx they might be able to help you out. Oils, hmm, there are loads out there semi synthetic or fully synthetic. Best get in touch with the previous owner and ask what they used and mixed to what ratio. Then, buy that oil, measure out then mix into a gallon of petrol by shaking.
