Nooo - IMO there's too many Astro tracks around - whilst I appreciate the advantages of the more consistant & wear resistant characteristic of the synthetic surface, I much prefer the more forgiving & progressive nature of 'real' grass... just so long as race meetings can be held a suitable intervals to let it recover.
P.S a corner table would be cool... but it might be worth covering wooden ramps with carpet or astro - so that you maintain some sort of grip if/when it rains
