You can get all your paint and masking from Jon Miller at RCS, I think 99% of us on here use what he sells. The Liquid Mask he sells is the best you can buy, the createx paints combined with Jon's own special effects stuff will give you every conceivable colour combination you could ever want.
If you get stuck on painting technique or anything else post up on here and I'm sure one or all of us will chip in with what you need to know.
