That compressor looks overkill to me.

The one you've picked out will do the job fine , they are quiet enough to use indoors. You'll just have to be a little more patient with it waiting for the pressure to build back up as it hasn't an appropriate tank to store air in, having a good sized tank means it won't need to come back on as often.
