Depends on a lot of things mate I suppose, I run a 410r in 4wd but I'll be buggered if I'm spending almost the same again on a 2wd buggy, My 2wd ride is an Ansmann Mad Monkey, bargain at £70 and goes well. Got other commitments too.
That said, it can also depend on other factors, Lifers, who never change marques. Snobbery, which is big in our hobby, and which makes people turn their noses up at certain makes and of course, money, which is the root of all evil. We'd all like the best, but sometimes our bank accounts and/or talent cant justify such expenditure
