Very easy to tell people to sort it for another date, but people have already commited alot of time to this, not sure many would be willing to try a third time to prize information out of people and re-confirm if they can do a different date. I think we need to see what comes of the consortium meeting, we are possibly getting too close to the indoor regional dates (still to be decided).

I agree with what G is saying, running at the start of the season, when people should be more eager to race outdoors, sounds a more viable option, hopefully I'll not be on shift then
