Northy has helped me a lot in regards to this issue and I will be running it this friday to see if now it's in Dual Mode the problem has gone.
I was thinking that running a 7.5 might be on the limit of the RS and a RS pro might be a worthwhile swap?

A complete cut out can be a few things, loose battery connection, radio system turning off under a load, bad servo. If you're not running one now I'd suggest a receiver cap.
