Hi mate .
Good to hear you are starting a track in Geordieville . However I am a little confused . You are asking for help that will be greatfully recieved, yet a friend of mine who lives in your area has offered you help on more than one occassion and has sent you a handfull of emails offering help to which you have not replied . The friend of which I speak of is an experianced racer and a laid back dude .
I have been involved with numerous track builds and i know first hand how much help is needed .
