Outdoors on grass i ran 12kf 7kr, to get the same feel indoors on astro 10k all round ,this evening i tried 5k in the rear and was doing exactly the same lap time but the car felt quicker and turned in a lot quicker ,i had to put 10% dual rate on to slow the turn in down a little. Initially it felt totally different to drive!!!
So i think 10k is a good start point and just try different when you have time and enjoy the car
