Have you checked the trim on the transmitter itself?

Another option, is take the servo out, and make sure that it moves in both directions, there is a chance the servo horn could have jumped/slipped. If that is the case, take the servo horn off, set the transmitter to have the trim in the middle, then put the servo horn back on in the center. This should sort the problem.
