Solved the cap problem! I did this, let all oil out, cleaned everithing!
Cut a hole in the rubber topcap, drilled a small fillinghole on top of the cap, this for closing with a very small screw, rubbercap inplace and glued the cap on the shock with industrial glue, so it can't come loose and it won't leak!
Filled the shock with a big injectionneadle ( my wife is a nurse), and closed the filled gap with a small screw. Works fine and can let the air com out

The only issue I can't change the o-rings on the bottum.

What do you think, not a bad idea?
