With it being the dimensions it is I could imagine it would be more akin to a buggy than an SCT. So on a tight indoor track it would kick an full sized trucks ass in the tight corners.

I have not driven an SC2 sized truck but I could imagine on a big bumpy outdoor track it wouldn't handle as well as larger truck. SC10 sized trucks soak up the bumps and jumps with ease due to their wider stance and long wheelbase. The SC2 being shorter and thinner would probably be less stable and harder to drive. I guess the only way to find out is to drive it though, and see what it's like.
