Hi Guys,

I'm sure this has been asked 100's of times, but I'm once again looking at jumping up to 1/12th scale from Mardave circuit - I really like the look of the newish in-line cell cars; Gen xi, S120 Link tube and Ae 5.1 with conversion kit (5.2).

Couple of questions - am I right in thinking that the Gen xi can only run stubby CRC Lipo's in line?

Does the serpent warrant the extra expense over the CRC (Looking at Action Model Centre's site re pricing)

Is it worth going in line - of course on paper to me it makes sense - but it's a £90 option for the AE for example - making the Serpent look good value for money.

Is there anything I'm missing regarding chassis choice?
