You can see my comment is praising their service and that I say you can't slate a company for the odd mistake.
Funnily enough the order actually arrived this morning. Fair enough, a little late but then everything else has come in 24 hours so I wouldn't slate them for that, as it will be Royal Mail's fault, not theirs.
