Jim76: I have beefed them up now actually since milling these so the next batch of Ansmann ones will differ slightly, I do much prefer my new designs
Michaeli: I'll consider doing some sure, I'd need an original so I can get the measurements for new ones.

... granted I can't do next day turn around or anything like that, more like a week
but I'm slowly going to build up a stock of ones I like and are popular with people.
Here is a pic of the mill. It kinda built its self as we used a hand mill to make a small PC driven mill that was used to cut parts for this larger one. It was all designed in Sketchup.
