I have a BNIP genuine medium boss tamiya pinion set which i bought for my 511, but as i mainly raced on smaller tighter tracks it was never needed.
Also have a LRP x11 5.5T brushless motor, in good condition, works perfectly well with a strong magnet. The rear plastic cover has been filed slighlty on the edge for clearence, but purely cosmetic.
