First of all you ned to contact Kits & Bits to see if and when the forms were handed over to CMCC;
If they were handed over not till way after they were completerd and then i feel that this is not CMCC fault;
You may also want to contact the Chairman of CMCC i will be more than happy to pm you his number By contacting Mark he will be able to tell you if he has received the forms from Kits & Bits and when they were sent to the BRCA;
I am sure Mark will do his upmost to resolve this sistuation for you if you expalin to Mark what you have posted on here i am sure he will sort things out for you
