It seems the LAW34 upgrade is only included in the 'UK Special' kit.
BTW - as said above - buying the LAW34 upgrade is worth it for the upgraded shock bottoms alone! They are absolutely fantastic and totally changes the quality of the suspension by supporting the slightly longer shafts so they have zero sideways movement (probably the biggest reason for the leaks in the old style shock bottoms even with the X o-rings). I've not reused the x o-rings as the LAW34 kit comes with some tight fitting orange o-rings and I've slimed them up so hopefully leaks will be a thing of the past and consistent suspension will be a thing going forward
