My experience is not to stare blind at the "big guys" setups.
We all have different driving styles, i never copy anyones setup. Take your time and practice alot, make small chances and see if you find the car better or not.
Only you know if you find the car better for you or not. You should listen to more experienced guys at your club, learn more about setups and try their tips, but what they find good don't always work good for others.
