The best thing you can do is try the changes yourself so you understand the effect. Do it at a practice day or club meeting and change one thing at a time, make the change pretty big so it's easy to notice, and perhaps keep changing that adjustment for a couple of runs as sometimes when you go too far an adjustment starts having a different effect.
