I saw two pre-production models at last year's LRP Offroad Challenge finals. One of them was hopped up with CVDs (from the Blast BX maybe), turnbuckles and different shocks IIRC. Both were running in the 13.5 turn 2WD class and seemed to do quite well.
It is also available with a 2.4 GHz radio and as a roller at approx, EUR 70.-.
The tyres are the LRP Offroad Challenge control tyres, which are said to be OK on carpet, but not at all great on any surface.
I recently talked to a local dealer about the car. He said that some of his customers had some good fun with it at the
Megadrom Geilenkirchen, an astro track laid out on a concrete and brick underground. According to him, the Twisters always kept coming back for more, so the car seems to be pretty tough indeed.
