Wow...you use death race rules at the club or what hahahah...
The damage you mention is caused by heavy impact landings... a bit of chassis slap is a good thing most of the time but you have to be mindful of it.
All the evidence so far (bad driving aside) points to the wrong suspension set up...before you do anything else do some testing at your track WITHOUT other drivers and get the shocks set up.
It sounds to me the car is running very soft on the front and the impact is being forced onto the chassis and not the shocks, maybe run some harder springs and increase the weight of the shock oil. Oddly enough if you do harden up the front remember you might want to add some ballast to even things out or possible drill the piston holes a wee bit.
