It could be many things..

Blown Plug
Idle to low
Needs leaning up a touch.

I would check, and make sure all the needles are to factory settings. Then lean the Top end quarter of a full turn. And adjust the tick over as a lot of engines factory needle settings are too rich. Check your glow plug, take it out and place it in the glow ignitor. Make sure its fully charge-(Glow Starter) and that the filament is glowing bright. And use a heat gun or a RC Sure-Start to warm up the engine before starting-Makes life 100x easier.

If you still have no luck,let me know or take it to a local track or hobby shop. And get someone to have a look at it for you.
