If your old LiPo's are swollen and you think it may be because you are putting too much load through them, then it might be worth upgrading. A small amount of puffing is not unusual.

As a rough guide look at the current rating of your ESC, then calculate the peak amps that the pack can deal with. If, for example, you have a 120A ESC, then a 25C pack that is 5000mAh should "in theory" deal with 125A constantly, more than what the ESC could!

To be honest I'm not sure you'll find a big difference between different LiPos.

90C is not a real-world figure, even if they can cope with that discharge in the lab (hmmmmm) the wires and connectors in the car certainly can't.

Having said that - if YOU will feel more confident with a higher rated LiPo in the car, you should get them, to stop any of those niggling doubts about whether the batteries are a problem.
