This ones easy.
B2 front and rear wishbones are shorter than the B3. B3 is a wider car. Personally I and several other drivers preferred the rear to be standard B2 with the narrower end and the front end with the B3 wishbones and B2 hubs (a better strudier design). Great car and still easier to drive than a B4. If your at area51 this weekend pop over as im racing mine.
