I think the reason these kids are wearing there jeans around their knees is to make a statement the same way punks, mods Rocker etc have done over the years.
Its not about looking sensible its saying we know how to make you feel uncomfortable with our generation.
But i do agree they look stupid, they cant run very fast, and they have to keep pulling them up.
