Thanks for all the replies... I am talking about the ball diff's of the Madrat, X-pro etc etc.
I currently use a wee bit of the Ansmann diff grease but keep on reading about diff oils etc so was wanting some clarification about what to do in the future...
If I'm still on the right road using Ansmann Diff grease and not worrying about diff oils etc then I'm over the moon as it's one thing less I need to worry about
I did not know the difference between sealed diffs etc so at least I've learned that the Ansmann diff is not sealed
