Piece of cake to get out. Just get yourself a big pair of pliers( i use pipe grips as they adjustable).
Grip one side on the axle shaft and other on the pin and squeese. Once it flush with the shaft on one side, then just lever it out with the bit that sticks out. To get them back in ,just line up the pin and squeese the grips agin til in central. Job done
