I use them on my 2wd and truck I highly recommend them. It's true they are stronger with less flex, I felt it tamed the front of the car and made the steering more responsive like the carbon shock towers do. I also have not had any breakages since.

I also change the screws I use to mount it and the front brace mount to the chassis. Kit is 10mm top and bottom. I use 15mm top (trim to 14mm) and 8mm bottom. This fits perfect and puts extra support in the chassis where sometimes it's broken as well.
