If you run a 5.5 and a decent speedo with a program card you can tune them down to be controlable, but if you don't get a program card a 5.5 can be fun!
Admittedly a lot of indoor tracks a 6.5 with the correct gearing is all you need apart from skill!
(Searched on line can't find a shop that sells it though)
