Yes, send it to the address on the Ripmax website (in Enfield) and they can deal with Futaba repairs. I've always found them very good, although it does take a while. I returned a servo this year that had failed in the car, they sent it back in a week or so with a note to say they couldn't replicate the fault and it was working - which it was!
No charge, not even for the postage and, sure enough, it works just fine. HTH
