The weight between the lipo's is 50/50 in my experience, it depends a lot on the surface. Indoors and in Finland at the worlds I hated having any weight there, whereas outdoors on astro I usually use the AE weight.
From what I've found having no weight makes the car very stable on corner entry, rotate slower in the middle and steer more on power. Adding weight does the opposite, the car wants to slide the rear a lot more on entry and mid corner, then understeer more on power.
