Never use threadlock on plastic parts. In most cases it rots the plastic and causes it weaken, dissolve, or fracture. There is thread-lock specifically for plastic, but it is not commonly available. CA glue works to lock screws in plastic, but your rip out the threads when you remove the screws. The best thing I have found to lock screws in plastic is ordinary "white" craft glue, though it takes a few days to dry if there is little exposure to air.
