buy a charger with a balancer or get a inline balancer for them,
store them with what ever is left in them unless ur just bashing with them, then store them at least half charge, never ever let them get below 6
volts or there as good as dead.
charge them run them then charge and run them again as many times as you want, they have no memory, so can be charged used and charged again as many times as u like basicaly,if your going to leave the for months store at 75% charge most chargers have a store charge mode,
ps never ever discharge them not need and as i said below 6 volts and there as good as dead.
