Hmm, not sure. The best lipos outside the UK I know of are the Turnigy Nano-tech batteries from Hobbyking. They're very good, and also very cheap, but have to be shipped from Hong Kong. Don't order any that aren't shown to have plenty of stock, you might have to wait a while! It might be worth getting 2 or 3, or pick up other sundries like wire, connectors etc to offset high shipping.
