It's a bit of a mongrel.

It started as the first 6 gear transmission RC10, the ball diff is built into the spur gear and there are two gear trains to each outdrive. I presume a very early model as it is mounted with two battery holders, later versions moved the battery up the middle like all current 2wd buggies. To identify its age if you take out the motor and look at the chassis there you should see nothing (meaning it's very early) or the letter A stamped into the chassis.

Front nose plate and shock mount is the Hot Trick wide nose conversion
Front shocks are Kyosho Option House golds
Steering setup is also Hot Trick
Chassis is original gold sprayed blue
Rear bulkhead is an early version as it just has the 9 upper link mounting points, it doesn't have the inner upper link mounts that all later ones had. Unfortunately the previous owner has cut off the battery holder.
Rear shocks are Schumacher Cat, but with RC10 spring adjusters
Anti roll bar is Tamiya parts
Front wheels are Dynamite copies of Tamiya Wild One fronts and front axles have been changed to 5mm ones to fit wheels.
Rear wheels are Tamiya Wild One rears, with alloy adapters for them.
