Liam,

Welcome to the club. On the vintage section there is a lazer thread and would be a better place to ask your questions.

The second car is original and looks like a mk1 but cant confirm as i cant see the slipper clutch. Also i am also unsure on the first as need to see the slipper but would be a good idea to measure the chassis holes specifically from the top deck rear mount to the wishbone block which sits behind the motor as if identical then its a mk1 as well. I designed the carbon fibre L plate brace with the hole in it to look like a mk2 and could be that is whats on your car.

I would take both cars apart and put the best items into one and use the rest as spares. Take your time and rebuild with new screws, and make sure bearings are flushed out with gt85 and not wd40, rebuild the diffs and make it look stunning.
