I think the 1995 retro thing was a bit of a bad call, I'm now regreting thinking out-loud.
I think we should stick with 1990 and go with 19t motors, possibly with a seperate 27t class if demand is there from those that don't want to put 19 turns of brute horsepower through pre-war chain drive mids or such stuff.
