Bought these ages ago off a forum member and never got around to trying them!
Don't know the make of them! They are missing 2 spacers and a retaining nut (which is how I bought them)
They allow 8th buggy wheels to be fitted to a short course truck
I have never used them, but thu have been used by the previous seller
