Yeah thats definately an MR4 Rally, the rally version had a back bone which was screwed into and down the centre of the chassis which also had a clear cover protecting the belt, that and the other easiest give away is the servo location, the servo on the rally is stood upright and at an angle like in your pics...................

The MR4 TC (custom) had a laid down style top deck and servo was also laid down on its side with a little cut out in the chassis .............
