Though I've met literally thousands of people through racing and through a hobby we both shared, and in my travails across the globe, I can honestly say that I've not met anyone as genuine and sincere - and just freaking fun - as the late great Dez Chand.
A great man once said, "Only the good die young" - and now I am a true believer. May God rest your soul, Dez, you will be missed.
