Whilst this setup does talk about the rear hubs, I strongly suspect the note about B44.1 wishbones is a reminder that it WASN'T the 'Graphite' version.
Yes you're right in saying the B4/B44 vs B4.1/B44.1 plastic is slightly different, but it has become the norm to use the 'graphite' version as a tuning aid as it's significantly stiffer.
If you were to run the 'graphite' arms on you AE cars, then you will need to modify them to fit an extra ball-stud for the anti-roll bar. This is mainly when used on the B44.1, as a roll bar isn't yet commonly used by the team on the Centro.
