For RM3 set up, you can down load the set up from Billy fisher on the TD website, I believe under USA track section, that should give you a good basic to start from. General rule of thumb: if you are changing from MM to RM, you will need a softer front spring and a stiffer rear spring compare with what you are using in order to achieve the same balance since on RM set up, the motor weight are bias towards the rear.
