Just taken the whole thing appart, definately assembled correctly and tightened correctly. All ball bearings the right size and all lubricated.

outside of the side plates i turn the right one forward and the left one goes back. inside of the plates with all three belts on with correct tension when i move the right side and stop the belts moving i get the correct combintation.

i get a little forward motion on the belt if i leave go of it when moving forward or backward does this mean the diff is still too slack.

or is it still wrong
