The bulkhead screws come loose quite often and continually retightening the small .050 screws is the main cause of rounding off both the screws and your driver.
Replace the small 0.050 screw with these stainless steel 2-56 x 5/16 with the larger 5/64 hex drive heads and reduce the chance of rounding off. At just £2 by paypal gift (or buyer pays fee,s £2. 27) its much cheaper than a new driver.
You will get 4 screws, so 2 for spares, posted first class.
