Thanks guys for all the 'bouquets', always welcome and appreciated!

Hope you all enjoyed what we think (and hope!) was a great days racing in some of the most challenging conditions that our track can present to a driver!

I'd like to add how very pleased with how the day went, much better trunaround's, drivers waiting to race rather than us having to wait for them and we hope you can all see the benefits of a meeting running like this with a timely finishing time (remembering that not all our participants are local!) and we even managed to get cleared away and tidy BEFORE it got dark.....just!

Re. the question about 2WD motor choice. We would always suggest to relative newcomers to think about a 13.5 (these days this wind is really only noticeably slower down the main straight!) and when a little more confident maybe a 10.5 or 8.5. These days even many of the very top drivers only use 7.5's in their 2WD's and as you can see by the conditions we had yesterday a 'softer' more driveable motor would be very much more useful during the Winter. Oh and not forgetting battery output has to be taken into consideration at the same time!

Thanks again
