If you are really committed to the look then wait for Tamiya to release the RM-01 Toyota Toms, it comes with adapters that fit the 3 bolt fitting to fit the original Toms wheels which have a small hex fitting, but it would allow you to fit mini wheels on if it's just for display.
Alternatively the
old Jaco wheels have a flat outer section, you could make covrts out of Mardave or mini wheels to drop inside.
