At a guess, and this is a guess as i have never tried mine on astro :/ ive tried it on this brillo pad like stuff at ledbury and my carpet setup seemed to work fine there so i can give that to you to try on astro, can't do any harm haha!

shock oil= 25 allround
in the photos it shows the preload wound right off, at the time of running offroad i had the fronts down 6mm and rear down 2mm

front, bottom mount= 3rd outer, topmount= 3rd outer, camber mount mid top and roughly 1.5degree of negative and similar toe in

rear, bottom mount= 2nd outer bottom row, topmount= 4th outer, camber link 3rd inner and running a crazy 5 degree negative, trust me it works on carpet and brillo haha sounds mad but is great! and your usual toe in at the rear

hope this has helped bud, if anything its something to try!

oh on a cautionary note, be very careful if your running anywhere near small stones, they get picked up so easily by the back belt and get caught underneath it in the belt teeth creating a high spot when the belt tries to rotate, causing it to literally bite on the rear camber mount and take chunks out of it!
