On Friday 11th November TORCH will be holding their annual AGM meeting at the Chase Pub in Waltham Chase with the meeting starting at 19:00
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and vote any changes for the year 2012.
At the meeting the following committee roles will be hopefully filled:
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Secretary
Treasurer
Website Co-ordinator
Membership Secretary
Track Maintenance and Health & Safety Officer
PR and Events Co-ordinator
Proposals put forward to the club need to be put forward in person. Proposals also need to be sent to the
[email protected] email address by Wednesday 9th November.
