The problem with SCT body selections, when seeking durability, is that it's all but impossible because the bodies are so large and have so many sharpe angles built into them - and then the owners beat them up pretty bad. I've heard "not crashing" helps tremendously.
All you can really do is reinforces the obvious weak spots with shoegoo, perhaps combined with some drywall tape - or the only other thing I've seen done is to "paint" the body with automotive undercoating (comes out black, and heavy) but supposedly very durable.
